Mixing Up of Unrelated Threads

    I have tried re-indexing multiple times, but the threading still is messed up. I have a O365 account for my email and threads that contain the same subject and recipients sometimes group together and other times not.

    For instance, some emails meeting the above aren't threaded, but show up as individual emails... basically acting like threading is turned off. However, in the 'Reading' section under the 'General' configuration, 'Organize by Thread' is always turned on.

    What criteria is Canary using to determine threading?

    Here's an example of what I'm seeing... config is checked, but I have 2 conversations that should be threaded, but you can see that they are shown not as a thread.
