    How to unencrypted?

    I am a new Canary mail user.  I chose "auto encrypt", then my husband iPhone can't open my email.

    I would like to change it to be unencrypted.

    You do not seem to be supporting signing with subkeys.

    My parent secret key is only used for [C]ertify. Underneath are subkeys for [A]uthenticate, [E]ncrypt and [S]ign.

    Your product seems to always be using the parent key, which is incorrect and results in wrongly encrypted messages that cannot be decrypted anymore.
